These terms govern online purchases from CINSYREL. Our current catalog consists of physical pet grooming and care products. Contact support@cinsyrel.com for questions or order support.

Your product selection

Review the product, option, quantity, price and delivery information before payment. For sets or multiple units, check the exact contents and choices shown in your cart. A bundle purchase does not itself create a recurring subscription.

Product use

CoatRake, CoatRestore and PawRestore have distinct uses. Follow the item's label and supplied directions, and ask for clarification when needed. Our product descriptions are not veterinary diagnosis or treatment advice.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, discounts, shipping charges and taxes displayed in checkout before submitting your purchase. Only offers applied to your actual order form part of its total. Keep the order confirmation for your records. If an item or price is incorrect, contact us so we can resolve the issue before further processing where possible.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund Policy explain the relevant processes. Send cancellation or address-change requests promptly; contacting us does not guarantee that an order already dispatched can be stopped. If it cannot, we will explain the applicable return options.
