Before ordering

Tell us whether you are asking about CoatRake, CoatRestore or PawRestore and which option you are considering. For delivery availability or an estimate, include your destination country and postal code. For a pet's health condition, seek veterinary advice.

Existing orders

Include the order number and checkout email, then explain whether you need an address change, delivery update, cancellation or return. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Damaged or incorrect items

For a broken grooming tool, leaking care product or wrong item, describe the issue and include photos of the goods and packaging where possible. A batch or lot number, when present, can help identify a care product. Keep the item until we provide handling instructions.
