90-day return requests

For CINSYREL purchases, email support@cinsyrel.com within 90 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return. Provide your order number and identify the items. After notifying us, send the agreed return within 90 days and retain shipment evidence.

Condition and pet-care hygiene

Handle items carefully. Return CoatRake with its accessories, clean and without use beyond inspection. For change-of-mind returns, hygiene-sealed CoatRestore and PawRestore must remain sealed; opened hygiene-sealed care products are excluded. Retain original packaging where reasonably possible. These conditions do not remove rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrect goods.

Instructions and costs

Contact us for the return destination before shipping. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. Report broken tools, leaking products or incorrect items separately, with photos where possible, so we can provide appropriate instructions.

Refunds

Eligible returns are refunded after receipt or adequate return evidence. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, within the legally required period; where no shorter mandatory period applies, no later than 90 days after withdrawal. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over this policy.
