United States delivery and free standard shipping
US standard shipping is free for orders of $49.90 or more. Below this threshold, standard shipping costs $8.90. The current standard transit estimate is 3–5 business days. Express shipping costs $15.00 with a 1–2 business day transit estimate. Processing time is additional; checkout displays the options available for your address. International delivery is not currently available.
What can I buy at CINSYREL?
Our current catalog includes CoatRake grooming tools, CoatRestore coat-care products and PawRestore paw-care balm for dogs and cats. Available options and stock are shown on the individual listings.
Are these products used in the same way?
No. Check the directions supplied with each product. Do not assume a grooming tool, coat-care formula and paw balm share application instructions. Ask us before use if the directions are unclear.
Can you advise on a pet's health problem?
We can help identify an item or clarify its listed information. A veterinarian should advise on symptoms, existing conditions or treatment. We do not promise a particular medical outcome.
Where do you deliver and what does shipping cost?
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges. An address without an available option cannot be served through that checkout. Any applicable shipping discount is shown in your order total before payment. See Shipping & Delivery.
How do returns work?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 90 days after delivery. Eligibility depends on the item's condition, including hygiene seals on care products. See the full return policy before opening or using goods.
Does newsletter signup create repeat orders?
No. The newsletter form collects an email signup, not a product order or payment authorization. See Subscription Management.
