Email newsletters

The CINSYREL newsletter form is an email signup. Submitting it does not buy a product, authorize payment or enroll you in automatic repeat deliveries.

Manage email preferences

Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email, or email support@cinsyrel.com from the address you want removed and request newsletter removal. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an existing order. Order and service communications are handled separately.

Product purchases

CoatRake, CoatRestore and PawRestore are currently sold as one-time purchases. A regular purchase of these items is not an automatic replenishment subscription. Reordering a care product is a separate purchase.

Questions about a charge

If you believe an unexpected repeat charge relates to CINSYREL, email us with the order reference, charge date and amount. Do not send your full card number. Our team will use these details to identify the transaction and investigate your enquiry.
